Article 1

Project Status

Glamping Village is a concept website created for sale. It represents a business idea and brand identity in the glamping and outdoor hospitality sector. It is not a registered company, does not hold any operating permits or licenses, and does not offer any accommodation services to end consumers.

The website has been developed as a turnkey digital asset to enable a buyer to rapidly enter the glamping market under a premium brand. All content has been produced to demonstrate the potential and aesthetic direction of the concept.

Article 2

What's Included in the Sale

The sale of the Glamping Village project includes the following assets, unless otherwise stated in the final purchase agreement:

• The domain name (glamping-village.com or the equivalent registered domain)
• All HTML, CSS and JavaScript source files constituting the website
• The visual identity: color palette, typography selection, logo concept, and design system
• All written content produced for the site (texts, descriptions, value propositions)
• The brand name "Glamping Village" as used on this site

The following are explicitly excluded from the sale unless agreed in writing:

• Any physical property, land, infrastructure, or camping equipment
• Operating licenses, tourism permits or business registrations
• Third-party images, stock photography or licensed media
• Any ongoing contracts, supplier agreements or customer data
• Revenue history, since the project has not generated any revenue

Article 3

Intellectual Property

All original content produced for this project — including but not limited to the website design, written copy, brand identity elements, and structural concepts — is the intellectual property of the current owner (the seller).

Upon completion of a valid purchase agreement and receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights included in the sale will be transferred exclusively to the buyer. Until that transfer is complete, no third party may reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any element of this project.

Certain elements incorporated into the design may be subject to third-party licenses (e.g. Google Fonts, open-source libraries). The buyer acknowledges responsibility for ensuring continued compliance with any such licenses after transfer.

Content Disclaimer

All content presented on this website — including statistics, financial projections, market figures, nightly rate estimates, guest satisfaction rates, occupancy figures, and property descriptions — is illustrative and indicative only. It has been produced to demonstrate the concept and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any guarantee of future results.

Images, photographs and visual representations used on this site are illustrative. They may not represent actual glamping properties and are used solely to communicate an aesthetic direction.

Article 5

No Warranties

This project is offered for sale on an "as is" basis. The seller makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

• The fitness of the concept for any particular business purpose
• The accuracy or completeness of any market data presented
• The future commercial viability or profitability of the glamping concept
• The availability or registrability of the domain name in all jurisdictions
• The technical performance of the website on all devices, browsers or hosting environments

The buyer is encouraged to carry out their own due diligence before completing any purchase.

Article 6

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• The use of or reliance upon any content on this website
• The purchase or non-purchase of this project
• Any business decisions made based on the information presented herein
• Technical issues, downtime, or data loss relating to the website

In no event shall the seller's total liability to any party exceed the purchase price actually paid for this project.

Article 7

Purchase Process

Interested parties wishing to acquire the Glamping Village project should follow this process:

1. Initial enquiry — Contact us via the form on the homepage or by email to express your interest.
2. Information package — We will provide a full information pack including technical specifications, transfer details and pricing.
3. Negotiation & offer — A formal offer is submitted and negotiated between the parties.
4. Purchase agreement — A written purchase agreement is signed by both parties, detailing assets transferred, price, payment terms and timeline.
5. Payment — Payment is made in full (or per the agreed schedule) via secure transfer.
6. Asset transfer — Domain name, source files, brand assets and all agreed deliverables are transferred to the buyer within the agreed timeframe.

All communications and agreements must be made in writing. No verbal agreement shall be binding.

Article 8

Confidentiality

Any pricing, financial, technical or strategic information shared during the purchase process shall be treated as strictly confidential by both parties. Neither party shall disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

This confidentiality obligation survives the completion or termination of any sale process and remains in effect for a period of two (2) years from the date of last communication between the parties.

Article 9

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising in connection with this project or its sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
