Glamping Village is a concept website created for sale. It represents a business idea and brand identity in the glamping and outdoor hospitality sector. It is not a registered company, does not hold any operating permits or licenses, and does not offer any accommodation services to end consumers.
The website has been developed as a turnkey digital asset to enable a buyer to rapidly enter the glamping market under a premium brand. All content has been produced to demonstrate the potential and aesthetic direction of the concept.
Article 2
The sale of the Glamping Village project includes the following assets, unless otherwise stated in the final purchase agreement:

All original content produced for this project — including but not limited to the website design, written copy, brand identity elements, and structural concepts — is the intellectual property of the current owner (the seller).
Upon completion of a valid purchase agreement and receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights included in the sale will be transferred exclusively to the buyer. Until that transfer is complete, no third party may reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any element of this project.
Certain elements incorporated into the design may be subject to third-party licenses (e.g. Google Fonts, open-source libraries). The buyer acknowledges responsibility for ensuring continued compliance with any such licenses after transfer.

All content presented on this website — including statistics, financial projections, market figures, nightly rate estimates, guest satisfaction rates, occupancy figures, and property descriptions — is illustrative and indicative only. It has been produced to demonstrate the concept and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any guarantee of future results.

This confidentiality obligation survives the completion or termination of any sale process and remains in effect for a period of two (2) years from the date of last communication between the parties.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising in connection with this project or its sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
